BEWARE:I purchased a Ford Focus. One of my first questions for them was if the car had a clean title. He told me it did. I had to keep calling about the title with no one calling me One of my first questions for them was if the car had a clean title. He told me it did. I had to keep calling about the title with no one calling me back. After 2 months they said the title was in. I went down to pick up the title two days later for him to say the title was not there at first then he found it. I still had to wait for the owner to come and sign off on it. Then I went down to register the vehicle only for them to tell me the bill of sale had to have their address and phone number. When the clerk called them to get this down, their answer to her was they were eating lunch. In which would be fine, however when I called myself to him- I wanted to know a time frame of when they could email it down there-he would not give me a time frame and hung up the phone. I finally got that paperwork emailed but then the clerk told me there was another problem -the vehicle had been totaled out and had a rebuilt title to it. I was told that the vehicle had a clean title from the beginning so that is why I signed off on the document. I was taking his word. The people down there are very dishonest and only want to make a buck. I would hope they change their ways. Always get something in writing with this company--they are famous for saying they have clean titles but they don't. BE CAREFUL. More

Word is Worthless. Spent $40K roughly with Paul C. Because he had the trucks my business needed. The first was fair. Second was 07 Dodge Ram 3500 with 5.9. Claimed AC wo Spent $40K roughly with Paul C. Because he had the trucks my business needed. The first was fair. Second was 07 Dodge Ram 3500 with 5.9. Claimed AC worked and if it didn't they would repair. Long story short I'm footing the $1000 bill as we speak. STEER CLEAR OF THE PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD WARNED MONEY. More
Paul is the most dishonest used car dealer Purchased a used 2008 Nissan Maxima. Transmission was sticking. Took it to an auto mechnanic to discover the transmission was filled with sand. Conta Purchased a used 2008 Nissan Maxima. Transmission was sticking. Took it to an auto mechnanic to discover the transmission was filled with sand. Contacted Paul the used car manager who promised to repair the transmission . The Maxima was towed to Southeast and sat on the lot for 4 weeks. After several visit and phone calls Paul gave me reason after reason the car was not yet reapired. After about 2 1/2 months of getting the run around I visited Southeast Automotive repair area and spoke with manager he told me they never had an order to repair my Maxima. Southeast was sued and of course the car was not under warranty so I lost out. Set me back $10.000 dollars in legal and automobile repairs not including the car note. More
After having my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara towed to this dealership and requesting a diagnostic of the existing problem, I also requested an oil change, and front headlight replacement (I had the part). Af dealership and requesting a diagnostic of the existing problem, I also requested an oil change, and front headlight replacement (I had the part). After waiting and hour Mr. Bush came to the lobby and informed me that the battery had "two bad cylinders" and that the charges today would be $131.00 plus tax. I agreed to this and he said it would be 30-45 minutes. After another hour, Mr. Bush informed me that my Jeep was ready. When I arrived at the cashiers counter to pay my bill it totaled $223.34. I was charged $41.00 to install a headlamp and $41.00 to put a battery in. After questionging these charges I was told basically "TOO BAD"! I also called two other Jeep dealers within 150 mile radius and they BOTH quoted charges for all of this at less than $120.00. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY CONTENT WITH A FAST BUCK AND NOT RETENTION OF CUSTOMERS! More
