Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. The wait was too long. (4hrs). However I had seatbelt warranty work done plus several maintenance services. It's hard to be patient for 4 hrs. My service manager was Phillip and he was extremely nice. Fortunately I don't have to go in very often. Dealership service is always a bit more pricey. It was easy to get an appointment.
