This was my first visit to Southaven Honda for Service. The service department Manager, Tiffany Cartwright greeted me with a smile and a hug,. Unfriendly service. No one seemed to care, everybody was either in their phones or just nonchalant acting as if they did not want to be bothered. Had me late coming back from lunch. Then pulling off I saw her and another receptionist smirking as if saying “you’re on our time we don’t have to service you or make anything comfortable for you.” More

Honda Southaven’s team provide professional service at each service. This one was no different. They assessed my vehicles needs, explained them to me and allowed me determine what was reasonable to comple each service. This one was no different.
