My car came in because it would not start. It turns out I needed a new alternator. When I picked the car up, it would not go into gear and the window would not raise. None of this had happened before I brought the car in however I was never asked if I wanted those issues addressed. They assumed window and gear has always been in operable and when I asked, they said, how are we supposed to know didn’t happen before You brought the car in? The delivery of that Statement very sharp and rude. More

Went to get engine management system problem. light checked had to do diagnostics $200. They seen no problem just reset codes. I came back in for my next oil change I had to pay for another dia light checked had to do diagnostics $200. They seen no problem just reset codes. I came back in for my next oil change I had to pay for another diagnostic light was still coming on because I waited too long I had to pay $200 again. they recoded everything again. After going for an oil change and recall for fuel pump replaced, they said I needed Brakes.. $700. I hadn’t heard any noise but since 90,000 mi I figured I would do brakes. 7 visits later my car has several problems. Brakes randomly make noise now my car still has engine management light come on, hadn’t heard any noise before brakes were put in. my car wouldn’t start at Dollar tree had to walk home battery cable loose. No one had been under hood except dealership. The cable to battery was loose I tightened it but it came loose again needs a new cable. When picking up my car I was told engine light was because needed a fuse box $350 dollars but would pay for labor. No one touched battery. I said forget it I would not have anyone touch my car again at this dealership! I was also told that at 100,000 miles the car would need a $2 to $3,000 check. Very, very bad experience. This is my second Odessey. I bought another because of the service and dependability of the van but not anymore. More
