I still had to pay another charge for having them to reverse my tires rotate. I was not happy about that. Kelli did tell me I might feel a difference but did not tell me I would hear a loud rubbing nois reverse my tires rotate. I was not happy about that. She did recommend I don't rotate but I also feel like your people should be a lot more reassuring because a lot of people like myself don't have a clue about cars and if she would of been just a little more pushy and told me you should not do it I would not have done it. I also feel like for the $240 price I paid I didn't get the full deal so I actually should of paid a lot less. But Kelli was great. More

My passenger seat was not mounted and carpet wasn't tucked after headliner replacement. The bolts to the seat are stripped.
