Actual salesman was great! He was also very knowledgeable. Every other part of the process is horrible. Finance was not very knowledgeable and was rude, told them multiple times not to contac knowledgeable. Every other part of the process is horrible. Finance was not very knowledgeable and was rude, told them multiple times not to contact my spouse due to her job. Service dept not efficient, had to take car back multiple times for same issue, and they serviced.vehicle with the wrong oil. Also its been six months and we still don't have the registration sticker. I will not purchase another vehicle from them. More

I recommend buying a vehicle from Southwest Nissan. Crockett Polich was beyond great, along with the Manager Brandon and the finance man himself Mike.
