The service department is excellent. I brought my work truck in a little before 5p because it had a power loss. I was in and out of the service department in under an hour and did not have to miss any work. I am extremely thankful that Southwest Ford recognizes the importance of keeping small businessmen on the road and not making them wait for repairs. May 27, 2024: I took my 2023 F150 King Ranch for its first maintenance which was just an oil change. I had hand washed it the night before. When I was told the truck was ready, I went to where it was first maintenance which was just an oil change. I had hand washed it the night before. When I was told the truck was ready, I went to where it was parked I found the hood had oil all around the front part of the hood and the driver's door. When I got in I could smell oil a found the console had oil all over it where who ever drove it had oil on their forearm and rested it on the console. They did not fry to wash the vehicle. More
