Disappointed. I was told I had a 0700 slot for AdvancTrac diagnosis which turned out not to be true. Service Rep was lethargic in both keeping abreast of technician progress and contacting me on AdvancTrac diagnosis which turned out not to be true. Service Rep was lethargic in both keeping abreast of technician progress and contacting me on the correct phone number.requiring me to hitch a ride to the Dealer at 5:00 pm to get info on service progress. The initial fault code for initiating service was still present when the truck was delivered to me the following day requiring return trip to Dealer. The following day after driving truck home the faults reappeared. Other than that (tongue-in-cheek) a delightful experience. More
