The individual sales rep I dealt with at this dealership was awesome, however, the dealership itself made my purchase very difficult. I went in searching for a very specific type of used vehicle, and was t was awesome, however, the dealership itself made my purchase very difficult. I went in searching for a very specific type of used vehicle, and was told that while they didn't currently have one on the lot, one would be arriving as a trade-in at 5:00 that day, and that I could stick around to test drive it. I did, and loved the vehicle, although I pointed out some minor problems I wanted corrected before I purchased (key fob was dead, electric adjustment on the driver's seat did not operate, etc.). I was assured that these would be fixed at no charge to me. By this point, a few other customers had expressed interest in driving the vehicle, so I was being urged to leave a down payment on it. I hadn't intended on buying that evening, but the offering price was very reasonable, and I was assured that if I found anything wrong with it, I could return it within 48 hours for a full refund. The next morning, I drove the car over to my mechanic, who discovered a large crack in the radiator and a few other minor defects I hadn't noticed the night before. I called the dealership back and was told they would "have to discuss" whether or not they would fix the radiator for me. Ten days later, no response. Fourteen days later, they reluctantly agreed to fix it, reminding me several times how much it was costing them to fix my seat (which, BTW, had arrived five days ago, and why hadn't I come in to have it installed yet?). Bottom line: they made a quick sale on a car that was not ready for purchase, and then forced me to backtrack over every detail just to get the vehicle in working order. Poor, poor customer service.
