Brought my car in for service for a similar issue twice in 5 month period. South Shore didn't look at my car for 4 days while stringing me along and passing the buck to other team members. When picking up my loaner car I was made fun of by Dina, one of the service advisors. It was a rather odd and embarrassing situation. For a older woman to act like a child towards a customer is pretty ridiculous. I would say this is one of the worst places of business I have ever encountered. More

Building is under renovation and the service is being done at the Toyota dealership next door. There are currently no bathrooms on the premises and the Portasan is out of service with a sign to go to the done at the Toyota dealership next door. A simple antitheft software upgrade that takes 30 minutes will take minimum 2 hours at this dealership. The lack of attention to the customer is truly amazing. The service writers outnumber the mechanics at the dealership at this point while they restaff. Bring your car for service and for sure the sales force will be spot on to upsell to a new car faster than service can do a software upgrade. More

Sales people just want to close the deal. The Service Dept is the WORST. I want to share a review of my most recent experience at South Shore Hyundai. I took my car in for servicing. Not a big deal. You drive in, give your keys to someone in the garage area and head to the waiting room. In my case, the wait is the big deal because although I am retired, my wife is quite ill.
