Thanks Dan! I have had my 2017 Accent Value Edition for 2 days now and I love it. I car shopped for a subcompact for several months, visiting many dealers before I have had my 2017 Accent Value Edition for 2 days now and I love it. I car shopped for a subcompact for several months, visiting many dealers before walking into South Shore Hyundai on Thanksgiving Eve. Dan greeted me warmly and promptly showed me the Accent they had on the lot, however I was not pleased with the color of the interior. When I informed Dan that another Hyundai dealer had the color I wanted, he immediately obtained that car for me. Dan called me when the car came in, and when I picked it up he went over everything and patiently answered all of my questions. I found Dan to be friendly, personable and sincere. Dan was easy to talk to, and we even shared a few laughs. Dan helped to make what could have been a daunting experience, less stressful. Dan even took care of the donation process for my old car, something I did not expect, but greatly appreciate. Due to all of the above, I feel Dan deserves the five star rating I gave him. More

Shopping around I started shopping around and called into the dealership where I got Lulu the internet manager on the phone. She was blunt and to the point, very hone I started shopping around and called into the dealership where I got Lulu the internet manager on the phone. Honestly she was $5 bucks less but she earned my sale. She was very humble. I asked her what was she making on the sale and she said not much but that doesn’t matter. She said something along on the lines of- you can’t make a killing on everyone but if you treat people right they send more people. And she’s right! Thanks Falysha! The dealership knew I was coming (I had a scheduled appointment), and they knew I was coming for a particular car (i.e. they had the VIN number). The car was absolutely filthy, and even after a thorough cleaning, it was still very dirty in all the nooks and crannies. Also, despite knowing that I was coming for this car, only one key was available. Hence, I had to return to the dealership (I live 45 minutes away without traffic) to receive the second key and have it programmed for my car. Regardless, I would probably do business with this dealership again. More
