We visited South Shore Hyundai this past summer, as I had seen some ads from Hyundai on TV. She was very attentive asking me about what I needed. To make a long story short, we ended up trading in 2 cars (the other car had over 80,000) miles on it and we got a great deal leasing two Hyundai Tucsons. Laura could really understand that most of all, I wanted my two daughters to be in cars that were safe and reliable, at price that was affordable for us. She made the complicated process of trading in two cars and leasing two new cars very easy. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership, my salesperson, Laura Diaz and our new Tucsons. More

It was on a weekday evening and my husband and I, with our two small children, walked into the South Shore Hyundai and met Dee. We sat down and discussed, and then test drove the car. I received a card in the mail from South Shore Hyundai, which I get many in the mail. When I called the dealer and spoke to Rashawn Dennis we talked a little of what I was looking for and the response from which I get many in the mail. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership to meet Rashawn he was very polite and went over all my options and went right to work with the finance dept He then took us out to see the car we were interested. in purchasing. We were given some options to think about so we went back to the dealership to speak further with the Finance dept. Rashawn was off that day which we did not know he was called and asked to come in. He came in and before we knew it the car was all ready for us. He went over all the characteristics of the car with us, never once did we feel rushed or that we were asking too many questions. We had to bring the car back for service we were in and out, Rawshawn made sure all went very smooth. I have too say I have purchased and dealt with many salesman for cars in the past and never felt the personal care that was given by Rawshawn. So I came in for a service on my 2004 car a couple of months ago. I do a lot of driving and my car was requiring more and more money to maintain "running" standard. I was pleased to say that it was like an answer from God himself. Rashawn Dennis came over to me as I waited for my car to be finished. Perhaps it was me gazing into the showroom floor at the new cars that gave it away. He was able to get my "old, rusty" car traded into a brand new car without overextending myself. Who knew that I could afford a brand new car. I recommend him to everyone. He is kind, courteous, and most importantly he listens. I didnt have to do anything.
