My son’s second time leasing a Jeep and Ben Canarick did so well by Adam. We went in last night and this morning my kid was in the drivers seat! The car had everything he wanted and then some, and well within his budget. We’ve used this dealership for the last vehicle he drove and even though its not exactly local to us, the dealership and Ben were a pleasure to deal with and worth the extra miles. PS they have a great cappuccino machine, free to customers. Even if you don’t get the car, get a cappuccino 🙂 Just kidding, I highly recommend South Shore, it was an excellent experience and my kid, is beyond thrilled. Ask for Ben! You won’t be sorry. Dropped off my car at 10:15 and was told it will be ready within 2 h ad to schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance for manufacturers recall repair. Dropped off my car at 10:15 and was told it will be ready within 2 hours. I called them at 1:15 PM (3 hours later) because no one contacted me they said its on the list and will be taken of after "lunch". I took a car service there and back and nothing was done, I picked up the car without any service being completed. I scheduled my day around this "service" only to have to do it all over again but not with this dealership. I am thoroughly frustrated and upset by this. I would recommend to others not to use this dealership. More

Bad service my car broke down in ny, it was taken by the dodge to south shore dealer, it seemed to be a transmission problem, they did not call me for 1 week to t my car broke down in ny, it was taken by the dodge to south shore dealer, it seemed to be a transmission problem, they did not call me for 1 week to talk about the car, I went back to the place and they said I needed a new transmission and my warranty I would not pay, because I had aftermarket parts, exhaust fan, wheels and suspension and avoid my warranty, they do not respect the law magnuson-moss act, in which says the dealer must prove that such part made the car break, so I had Many problems with the dodge, they canceled my warranty, and they would flag my car in the dodge system, I then took my car in the dodge of my city in connecticut to danbury dodge, and they would do a new diagnosis as soon as I got the service advisor said that it would be impossible for my wheels and suspension to give problem in my transmission, and they would look more detailed, after 3 days they called me informing that my transmission had no problem at all, but my rear differential axle was broken and that none of my aftermarket parts caused the problem and that the dodge would have to pay for the warranty. be careful with the south shore dodge en inwood ny, they do not diagnose and charge you for nothing, they do not know how to work, and I have everything recorded all conversations with them, what they want is your easy money, see you guys soon. if you have love and value in your car, stay away from south shore dodge in inwood ny.
