I had a great experience working with my sales person Oscar he was very knowledgeable and polite. The Sales Manager Ben was also great giving my a lovely deal on my Grand Cherokee Overland. Also Erik the Oscar he was very knowledgeable and polite. The Sales Manager Ben was also great giving my a lovely deal on my Grand Cherokee Overland. I came in last minute without an appointment and Scott, the manager, helped me without hesitation! He ordered a part needed for my leaking cooler which arrived in 1 day and then gave me a replacement car f the manager, helped me without hesitation! RUPU is one of the best reps I have worked with! I walked in this morning and had changed my mind about the vehicle and Rupu worked with me on closing a deal. (Read update at bottom) Buyers Beware worst car dealer ever. Buyers beware I bought a truck first they didn't have the title after I put a 500.00 deposit and had to wait also a month and a half with littl ever. Buyers beware I bought a truck first they didn't have the title after I put a 500.00 deposit and had to wait also a month and a half with little to no communications from the salesman, Sales manager Rupu and when he said call him back he never did, after all the time I asked Rupu if I was getting life time power train and he said yes because that's why I was willing to wait for the truck, finally when the title came in, I went to pick up the truck and dealt with Eric Sheriff that 3 times told myself and wife that I was getting the life time power train and I bought the additional 3 yr 36000 mile warranty and was told that Rupu would send me the paperwork the next day for the life time power train. Two days later no paperwork and now being told that the truck didn't have the power train warranty when I asked to speak to a manager I was told upper management made the decision and would not call me back. I then found a leak on the transmission pan and asked about getting it fixed and again (Crickets) with no call back. they made the sale and want nothing to do to help even after they said the did a 128 point certified preowned what a joke. before you buy check out their better business bureau report and F rating. I will also be calling Mopar/ Chrysler reporting the dealership. UPDATE: They had the salesman Oscar contact me and tried to justify the fact they lied to me and what they did was right. He even wanted me provide proof that my last dealership where I bought my last truck gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty which I was happy to provide the proof they asked for. Because a legit dealerships do give warranties they say they offer to the customers that purchase their vehicles. Oscar then asked me to do the leg work on finding a powertrain warranty and send them quotes which I did and they never responded back further. The dealership still haven’t addressed fixing the transmission leak which again they asked me to get a quote from my dealership I use because they are over 2 hours away and again I provided the documentation they asked for with again no response. This place is the worst dealership I had ever dealt with and you cannot trust anything they say after the deal is done they don’t want to know anything horrible customer service. Oscar said customer service is important to them Really read their reviews for sales and service I am not the only one they have screwed over. Do yourself a favor read their reviews and if that the kind dealer you want good luck. I wish you luck. More

Ben and Mike were great. Mike, especially was very helpful and took the time to hook me up with the App, etc. I would work with them again. I was a little surprised that the dealership did not offer at least one free oil change on a 60K car. My son bought a GT from Security Dosge and they gave him two free oil changes and a year of car washes. South Shore needs to reconsider that. More
