Jay showed us the exl's on the lot. Pointing out all the features of each pilot. The total time to give us the valvue of our tradin and the selling price of the pilot was very fast. Both my wife and I was very pleased with how helpful Jay and the sales manager were. I would recommend family and friends to shop South Pointe Honda. The finance officer was very polite and helpful.In short everyone a meet was outstanding. FIVE STAR rating for all. More

I especially want to brag on Service director, Jeffrey Cantrell Dear Honda, I am so pleased with the service department at South-Pointe Honda! I especially want to brag on Service director, Jeffrey Cantrell with advisors Russell Donahue and Erik Eldorado! They went above and beyond taking care of my 2008 Honda Odyssey! First of all, I have always been treated with friendliness, kindness and respect when I have gone for my services over the years. They communicate clearly regarding any repairs that I need and explain the costs involved. They are also efficient and service my van in a timely manner. I have not seen hidden fees thrown in and the pricing has been fair. About a year ago, I had a little longer wait. They apologized and gave me a free oil change. They have always been courteous! I had a recall on my 2008 and they could have chosen to band-aid the issue, but at substantial cost to Honda and South-Pointe, they chose to replace my engine. WOW!!! Honda, South-Pointe really came through for our family and provided amazing service for our car! We are so grateful for the courtesy and meticulous care from South-Pointe’s team! What Can I Say ? I typically keep a car until the monthly repair costs equal my home's mortgage payment. It might not be good economics, but at least it keeps me away from having to tolerate car dealers and car salesmen. I reached that point with my car and was forced to begin the hunt for new wheels. On the way to beginning looking along Tulsa's Auto Row, the first stop was South Pointe Honda. Our son had recently purchased a vehicle there and suggested we ask for Josh McNeil to assist. LOOK NO FURTHER ! Totally outstanding experience having this gentleman help us. We told Josh what we were interested in and after about 30 minutes and a test drive, we were sold. He gave us a price quote that we were totally comfortable with, and got us just what we wanted. It was great to buy what we wanted, and not have to fight off being sold something else because that was what was available on the lot. After "get ready" and time to turn over the keys, Josh patiently went over every detail, from bumper to bumper and every last feature of the interior to ensure we completely familiar with the vehicle. Wheel replaced Apollo Chang step up and took care of the issue I had with my 2012 Honda Civic where the wheel stud had defect on me. I was first told that warranty would not cover it but after Apollo explain to me to contact American Honda, Amerixan Honda find no reason why warranty would not cover the defected stud because car was still under 36k and within the 3 year warranty. Apollo even said if American Honda wouldn't cover it, he would take care of me at no charge. Apollo handy me well with kindness and friendliness as well as American Honda. The service guy Russel that took my car in was also helpful and got it done for me the same day. Thank you. More
Impeccable All Around Service!! I tend to be quite hesitant when visiting car dealerships, but I've got to be the first to say that my experience with Bob Wise and South Pointe Honda I tend to be quite hesitant when visiting car dealerships, but I've got to be the first to say that my experience with Bob Wise and South Pointe Honda was incredible! He was very straightforward with no haggling or the typical sales xxxxxxthat often come with purchasing a vehicle. The vehicles on the lot were priced fairly so I didn't feel the need to try and negotiate and the offer on my trade was just as fair. He knew how much we could spend and pointed us in the right direction. Bob was able to provide thorough information on our 2013 Hyundai Ellantra and answered all of my questions. South Pointe was even able to get me a better rate than what I was offered in my pre-approval process! Joey in the Finance Department was also a gem. He showed plenty of patience with my analytical personality and took the time to explain my options (multiple times). Many, many thank to Bob Wise and the South Pointe team! Solid Service Department I have an older Honda CR-V, and I regularly get it serviced at the dealership because they are so helpful. I've never had a problem with them. They consistently do a great job, and they're very accurate estimating how much time it's going to take to service my car. They may be slightly more expensive than non-dealership service centers, but honestly, they do such a good job that it's worth it to me to spend an extra $5-10 on an oil change. More
