the best had to make a quick trip to oklahoma to help my daughter move to tennessee. we were driving to tennessee in her 2007 mazda with over 127,900 miles on had to make a quick trip to oklahoma to help my daughter move to tennessee. we were driving to tennessee in her 2007 mazda with over 127,900 miles on it. this was causing great concern. therefore, i decided to look into trading it for a new civic. i contacted several dealers in the tulsa area. not only did i get the best deal from south pointe, but the concern and attention i received made me feel more like a close friend than a prospective buyer. steve davis stayed in close contact with me before my arrival. when my flight was cancelled he assured me there would be no problems with our deal and he would get me in and out with ease. when we arrived at the dealership, a day late, he was occupied. but, true to his word, he introduced me to josh mcneil who couldn't be more accomodating. he made certain we had exactly what we wanted, answered every slight concern with straight forward honesty. the whole experience made me wish my daughter was remaining in the tulsa area. there was no doubt steve and josh would take good care of my daughter. buying a car has never been this quick, easy or this painless. These included data on tires and brakes. They also washed the car before returning it. Currently the only thing provided is the bill for the service. More
I would recommend this dealership because of Salesman Jay! Jay Hamblin was an excellent salesman who worked diligently finding me a car that fit my needs. I would recommend him for future sales. I did not understand through finance that it could take up to 20 days to pay off my existing loan. So now I am paying interest on my original loan until payoff and interest on my new loan. I am not happy with that. I made 7 calls thru the switchboard seeking Paul in finance only to be put thru to voice mail each time I called until the 7th straight call. For some reason the girl at the switchboard could not understand my need to speak with a person as requested. Jay Hamblin is a good salesman. He knows the products well. It is too bad that the girl on the phone at the main number to South Pointe doesn't answer the phone sometimes for 10-12 rings and sends people to repeated voice mail when asked not to do so. I felt like I was on a repeat dial to South Pointe over and over. More
