He was friendly and relatable and honest and everything you want out of a car salesman but don't usually get. He also was able to get me a great deal that I couldn't refuse! All of the other people I encountered were also very helpful and friendly and did what they could to help me out. I would go back to this dealership over and over again. More

unsatisfied customer with service issues I am really dissatisfied with my experience here with South Point Honda. Just purchased a 2012 pre-owned certified Honda Civic and less then 2 weeks d I am really dissatisfied with my experience here with South Point Honda. Just purchased a 2012 pre-owned certified Honda Civic and less then 2 weeks driving the vehicle I have a major gas leak in the car. I took it back to the Honda service and they immediately said it was probably a rodent that ate through the line within 5 minutes of being in the lobby. I have never had such bad customer service. Sure enough they called back 5 hours later saying it "seems" to be a rat ate through the gas line. My husband and I went down to the dealership to look at the hose and it only looks like a busted line gone bad. I have lived in the same house for several years and never ever had any problems with rats, rodents or any other animal. This is just an assumption not a fact of what happened to the gas line. We have other vehicles in the drive way and four wheelers that never had any issues. So its hard to believe that the "NEW" vehicle has the problem. I am just astonished how my vehicle is under a certified warranty and they assume that rat eaten through the gas line. NO this is clearly a pre-existing condition that the dealership failed to see before certification, so they are now pointing the finger on us. I have never had to fight so hard with a dealership after a new / used car purchase. What happened to taking care of the customer and keeping the customer happy, especially when we just bought the car? More

There was no pressure to purchase, which I greatly appreciated, because the car really sold itself. Willing to make a deal Good dealer experience. Typically, I find that Tulsa dealerships are expensive and not willing to negotiate, compared to dealerships in OKC, Dallas an Good dealer experience. Typically, I find that Tulsa dealerships are expensive and not willing to negotiate, compared to dealerships in OKC, Dallas and Houston. However, South Pointe Honda ended up with a great price. Also, salesperson (Josh McNeil) was extremely helpful. He was honest and did not play games (excessively). I recommend this dealership and salesperson. More
