Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very nice, professional, and accommodating. After a few not so pleasant car buying experiences in the past, my experience with Chris and the rest of the SouthPointe Honda Staff left me pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. The attention they give to providing excellent customer service was very much appreciated. More
Unsatisfied Customer and Terrible Experience I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with my experience here with South Point Honda. I went there to buy a new Honda Civic, and they literally did not l I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with my experience here with South Point Honda. I went there to buy a new Honda Civic, and they literally did not like to sell car to me and they behaved like a jerk, and that’s the only reason I did not buy a car from them. It took about 20 minutes to someone (Roy Hinkle) came and ask us what we are looking for. After that he went and grabbed some keys. We went together to find the car in a very hot and sunny weather and finally we could not find the car that I was looking for (usually salesman just bring the car that we want and pick us up in front of dealership door). Then we went inside and he was searching for MSRP price in the website and gave us wrong price for several times. He could not even look carefully in the website. Then he went to talk to his manager and gave us very high price, and he said we could not negotiate about the price and this is it (Although the price was really unacceptable, because for example for Honda Civic EX, the south point Honda price was $19,999 and he said it has some more option than regular EX trim, and Honda of Bartlesville price was $18,237). But the most important thing for me is the salesman behavior and costumer care, not the price. So I just cross the street and buy a new Corolla from Jim Norton Toyota with very good price and excellent costumer care, because I wanted to buy car on that night. So I can say the only reason that I did not buy Honda Civic was their really bad costumer care and behavior and for sure I will not go there later and do not suggest their dealership to anyone. I am really disappointed to waste my time and visit their dealership. The funny thing is Roy did not even get my phone number or email address to contact me later, since I told him I will consider your offer for Honda Civic. Also I sent email to Jamie Bender and asked the price for Honda Civic different model and he never got back to me. What happened to taking care of the customer and keeping the customer happy, especially when we want to buy a new car and pay at least $18,000? More

I went to several car dealerships on the day I bought my car and Josh was by far the easiest to work with. I did not enjoy my experience the Finance group as much. Credit rating was not an issues and I felt like I had to push Bill Jordan to find the best interest rate. Unlike Josh I also felt like Bill was pushy and a little condescending. I would have probably bought an extended warranty if I would have felt like he was being straight forward and offering it at a reasonable price but instead he kept trying to "roll" it in to my monthly payments. I just wanted a fair lump sum price and all he would do was push for the "special financed" price. If I could give Josh McNeil 5 stars by himself I would, I just can't give that to Bill Jordan. More

The test drive consisted of both highway and city driving. The price was on the low end of the Kelly Blue Book value, yet the car had low mileage, a clean CarFax report, and a great reliability record per Consumer Reports. Bill Jordan (Finance) gave us the usual sales pitch about warranties. When we declined, he did not pressure us to buy one. (Note: We bought with cash and had no trade-in. Hence, we did not have to play the "bean under the shells game.") When I buy my next Honda (which is what I always buy), I will go to South Pointe. More
