Awesome! I moved recently to Tulsa, and was looking for the used vehicles. Lacking Customer Service I recently found a vehicle located at South Pointe Honda via AutoTrader that my wife and I were very interested in. I called requesting more informat I recently found a vehicle located at South Pointe Honda via AutoTrader that my wife and I were very interested in. I called requesting more information and more pictures (as there were only 3 available on their website) since we would have to drive from Kansas to Tulsa to test drive and possibly purchase this Equinox. I was told a request was placed into their system for additional pictures and I should receive by the next day. After not receiving the pictures the following day, I called again and was again told they would check on the request and make sure we received the pictures by the following morning. After another full day passing without any pictures or communication from this dealership, I again called and explained the situation and was again promised they would send pictures and then follow up with a phone call. That was 3 days ago. No pictures. No calls. What we did get, however, was different vehicle from a different dealership that actually had customer service. More

Steven Moore continues his support. Usually when the deal is done the salesmen disappear, but this is not the case with Stephen Moore. I called him simply to get the name and/or number of the parts department so I could order or pick up an accessory item. Steven insisted on getting me connected and getting the part ordered. When I came in a few days later to pick up the part, while I was waiting at the parts desk, Steven went out to the car to say hello to my wife. She mentioned that we had gotten some bugs on the car from a recent trip so Steven quickly took it through the car wash for us. When I came out with the part Steven wouldn't let me leave until he got it (a cargo cover) installed and showed me how to work it. That's fantastic follow-on support. Thanks, Steven. More

Both dealerships local to me wanted me to fill out paperwork before they would provide me with a quote. With your dealer ship, I was able to get a price on Saturday morning and drive over to Tulsa that afternoon and purchase my new car. Best price. It was worth the drive! The dealership atmosphere was fun, all employees were friendly and very helpful. I worked with Steve More and another Steve (I don't have his last name). I was very impressed that Steve M spent time with me going over the features of the car and pointing out every little thing he could think of. I was so impressed with the dealership and employees.
