Eric Schwartz and Rick Hill went above and beyond to help me find the HR-V fit for me. The went all the way to Edmond to bring me my vehicle. When it arrived it ended up having a different interior than was listed. The interior would not work for my family so Eric and Tre were able to help me find the perfect fit for me since Rick was off for the day. I was so appreciative for all the help Rick and Eric gave me. They went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and even though the listed vehicle they went to retrieve did not work they again went too great lengths to get me the HR-V I was looking for. Thank you all for your amazing service and the lengths you went too for my vehicle. I highly recommend south pointe Honda. Perfect I had my eye on a new civic coupe and when I found out it wouldn't be in for another few months, I was so disappointed. A miracle was definitely going to have to happen. But no matter the obstacle they conquered our Van deal. Rick was also so patient when it came to my two young children, he let them basically have free range of his office. Haha. My 2yr old daughter rummaged his things the whole time and he didn't care. He even went out of his way to gather toys to try and make it easier on me to handle business. I truly appreciate these guys taking the time for me and making me feel valued and wanted. My family of 5 has been squeezed into a small car now for over a year and it just wasn't cutting it anymore. But because of these two guys I was able to drive home in my new town and country.
