I was happy with my experiance. I went to South Pointe Honda coming from Sallisaw OK. to buy a new car. I had already dealt with Steve with internet pricing on the price that I felt I went to South Pointe Honda coming from Sallisaw OK. to buy a new car. I had already dealt with Steve with internet pricing on the price that I felt was fair. Steve was very helpful and stated he would not be there on Saturday but a salesman could help me. When my wife and I got there we met Charlie Shore who was very helpful and showed us all about the car and answered our questions. Financing was straight forward and very friendly. If I had only one complaint it would be the excessive Document fee. I feel $399.00 is high and is just another way to make a little extra on the car. It is like going to Wal-Mart and an after check out they add a stocking fee. I will check Doc. fees in advance from now on. However, my over all experience was good and would recommend them to others and will check with this dealer on a ridgeline truck when I go to buy and new truck in the future. More

Steve Moore; a man of his word A week ago, my wife and I purchased a car from Mr. Moore. My wife and I wanted an item that was not with the vehicle. Last week I received a call from Mr. Moore advising that the product my wife and I wanted was in. I told Mr. Moore that we would be down this weekend and pick it up. When we arrived, Mr. Moore cheerfully greeted us and took care of our request. This was not a "high ticket" item at all and Mr. Moore could have easily blown us off, but he did not. Very helpful staff made it worth the 4 hour drive Found this car online and just had to have it. Called the dealer, explained I was in KCKS and didn't want to make the trip unless they were willing t Found this car online and just had to have it. They were more than happy to help me, send me pictures of the car, send me the carfax, and negotiate pricing. After making the drive down there, met with the sales rep, we looked at the car, found a bulb that was out in the console, he took the car to their maintenance department and changed the light out before we did anything further. They washed the car, filled the tank, and gave me all the time I needed to go over every button, switch, and light, and to examine all of the mechanics of the car, look under the car for rust or anything out of sorts, etc. They were very patient.
