Very friendly and knowledgable at South Pointe Honda From the time we showed up to when we drove away in our new vehicle, the entire process was made as pleasurable as possible by the two people who work From the time we showed up to when we drove away in our new vehicle, the entire process was made as pleasurable as possible by the two people who worked with us: Chris Buck and Fabian Vasquez. Chris Buck was extremely patient as we decided to look at several different vehicles, and it was late in the evening. We also felt like he was working on our behalf to help us get the best deal possible, knowing that we had driven over an hour to get to the dealership. We felt like he was honest about everything he explained and also in answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family. The finance manager we worked with, Fabian Vasquez, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us several different extended warranty options to consider. Again, it was late in the evening, but we never felt rushed, and actually had an enjoyable experience in the finance area. We told him what we were and were not interested in, and he immediately attempted to meet those needs, but was not attempting to push us into a deal we didn't want. This was the first time ever that my wife and I have left a dealership feeling really good about the entire experience. More

Great Buying Experience at South Pointe Honda We have been working with Charlie Shore since late December and he is a terrific salesman to work with. Never did we feel the pressure to buy or that We have been working with Charlie Shore since late December and he is a terrific salesman to work with. Never did we feel the pressure to buy or that he nor his manager (Bill Jordan) were trying to take advantage of us. They started with a low offer and worked with us to get to a payment that we loved. Charlie called often to give updates and to just make sure everything was going alright. The finance team (Fabian Vasquez and Paul Warren) were very competent and only slightly pushed for extended warranties but never too much, unlike other dealers we have worked with. Overall, the experience was excellent and we would absolutely recommend South Pointe Honda to friends and family More

Bad customer service The dealership is nice till the car is sold. Then the same customer gets no priority or help. I went thru similar problem. I bought a crv Dev 17 2015. I called and let Steve Davis a message. Did not hear back from him. Called Eric Taylor the finance guy at least 4 times, he did not care to solve my issue. Called Steve Moore he said he couldn't help. Called the dealership manager and left him a voice mail, he never called me back. After 2 mths of me buying the car, no one has courtesy to call and talk to my issue. Terrible terrible rotten customer service. More
