Since this was my first time buying and financing a car I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. I have been told that buying a car can be stressful and you have to fight for a good deal. Headlight Fix; free of charge! I bought my car 6 months ago from the time I took it in to get the headlights looked at. My car was under a Kia warranty; however, due to the previous I bought my car 6 months ago from the time I took it in to get the headlights looked at. My car was under a Kia warranty; however, due to the previous owner placing aftermarket lightbulbs in the car, the warranty was invalid. I had found this out at a Kia dealership and took it over to South Pointe. They scheduled a repair for the lights, not only did they fix the issue, they restored the original lights back to the car, and did it all FOR FREE. It was going to be a pretty pricey repair, too! I was so overwhelmed with gratitude not only for the quality customer care, but for the team going above and beyond what they said they would do. I had to wait for a couple hours, but the team members were so welcoming there. They kept checking on me, informing me of how much longer it would be. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Prompt service, willing to work with their customers to have complete satisfaction! Thank you SPH! More
