As it turned out they were in much worse shape than I'd suspected and both sets of pads needed to be replaced. I was hesitant to have the repair done only because I'm on a pretty tight budget, but Erik worked to save me money and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. I've spent a good portion of my career in Customer Service and experiences like this are what make people lifetime customers. He is a wonderful ambassador for your dealership. Even with the extra work I was still in and out in the time I was quoted. I'm thrilled with my experience today. Thanks again! More

Excellent Service at South Pointe Honda I had excellent service at South Pointe. It started with them allowing us to test drive the car on our own. I really hate the car buying experience a I had excellent service at South Pointe. It started with them allowing us to test drive the car on our own. I really hate the car buying experience and only buy about once a decade. So when I started the day, I knew I needed to drive at least 4 different vehicles and was not purchasing. The only one I knew that I should drive was a Honda. So we left it for last. By the time I got to South Pointe, I was frazzled and ready to just move to a city with a great transit system. There was no hard pressure to buy that day. I had narrowed it down to 3 cars. 2 of them were the Honda Accord, but 2 different colors. After I compared all the cars, I decided on a 2014 Accord. Jay was amazing in helping me get into this car. Highly recommend him and South Pointe. More

When we did not qualify where we thought they brought our price down and gave just a bit more on my trade in to get us back where we wanted to be!! Now I am zooming around Tulsa in my brand new car!! Ready for a road trip I bought my Honda Civic from South Pointe. All of the employees I dealt with were wonderful! Naturally I went back there for my first oil change and w I bought my Honda Civic from South Pointe. All of the employees I dealt with were wonderful! Naturally I went back there for my first oil change and was treated wonderfully again! I was getting ready to take my mom on a road trip so they checked EVERYTHING for me! Because it was my first oil change there was no charge and the entire inspection was free! I recommend them to friends all the time! They have been keeping me happy!!! More
