Staff was rude couldn't email me a copy of my battery replacement receipt so that I could get a replacement from the Honda dealer In Texas and I am here now waiting for them to fax it here . Advisor Russell is too busy can't even fax me my own receipt. Where is joe marina Honda . After seeing my message the general manager emailed me and I contacted him and he was able to provide me with my receipt that I needed thanks for taking time to solve my problems More

Can't even get a call back I called this dealership twice wanting to know about a car I was very interested in. And both times the sales person said they would find out the inf I called this dealership twice wanting to know about a car I was very interested in. And both times the sales person said they would find out the information and let me know. The second person even took my email address down. And neither one ever got back to me. I had read some bad reviews about how this dealership doesn't put the customer first and I believe it after my experience with them. I'm just glad I didn't live closer and end up buying from them because I'm sure I would have been disappointed with the customer service if something went wrong with the car. More

This time around it was a So I bought my first Honda FIT three years ago at South Point. I loved my car, but the customer service was pretty lacking. This time around it was a brand new experience. Josh was so positive, upbeat, helpful -- not pushy, not manipulative and, I'm sorry, but not the "typical salesman". He asked my husband and I great questions and most importantly he was very honest with us. In fact, that was our experience with everyone we encountered this time around, from sales and service to finance and management. Speedy, non-cumbersome, no haggling. It was awesome. As a woman I recommend this to others who are a little insecure about what they're looking for, and/or worried about being taken advantage of. This team just doesn't play that way. Thanks again, Josh (and Jersey Joey!)! More
