I explained the issue that I was having and she made me feel like I was a priority. She provided the best customer service that I could expect an even more. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. She touched base with me at the end of each business day to let me know what was going on with my truck. She made sure I knew specific details about error codes and the cost that it would take to fix it. I believe that she truly wants to make sure that when customers leave Southpoint they are fully satisfied with the service they received. More

2014 Ram 1500 I was in no hurry to buy a new truck and I've been looking at different lots for around 6 months but couldn't make a deal. My credit is in the 700's but I've walked in all of them with my jeans tucked in my boots a dirty shirt and a greasy beard. The salesman was a guy named Chance. They were very respectful to me personally. We came to an agreement and later I seen they were also very honorable. I would highly recommend the new South Point team. More
Bought brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee I bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee about a week ago, Sunday on our way to church it started making a noise and jerked when you accelerated after I bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee about a week ago, Sunday on our way to church it started making a noise and jerked when you accelerated after you stopped at a stop light or stop sign. Made an appointment for 10:30 the next morning, took it in and they gave us a loaner vehicle which was nice but completely shocked that we are already having problems with a brand new vehicle. They called the next day to let us know that the gears were installed incorrectly and that the parts were completely destroyed and were shocked that it ran as far as it did. They are ordering new parts and have to rebuild the back end of the Jeep. I will not get it back till next week. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle and I understand that mistakes happen but not a good first experience. I placed 3 calls today to a Justin F. and left him a detailed voicemail about what I am dealing with and how upset I am. He never returned my phone calls. So not only a bad first impression on the quality of the vehicle I am also disappointed in the fact that the sales manager cannot even return a customers phone call! Definitely will tell all my friends and family to never use them! More

Worst place ever to get maintenance work done I scheduled my 2015 ram 1500 last week. I dropped my truck off sunday night it was scheduled for monday morning. My truck didnt make it into the shop till Wednesday afternoon for back up camera and a oil change. My truck has 32000 miles on it and i have the platinum warranty on it and they said it wasnt under warranty because it looked like the wires were pulled out so i paid 305.00 to get it fixed and when i inspected it after they just put it in and left it hanging didnt zip tie it back in and they didnt do my oil change so now i have to take it back to get that done. This is the worst service i have ever had expecially when u pay almost 40000 dollars on a brand new truck. I will be taking my vehicle to a different dealer from now on and ill never buy a dodge vehicle from southpoint again More
Will never use again I've done my last business with South Pointe Chrysler. I had a bad experience with their service before, when they didn't start my car service until I got there at the promised time. I stayed another hour and a half for the car. This time I had the car towed in on Monday morning. I told the service guy that it was the alternator. They finally looked at it on Wednesday and said the alternator is good, but needs a new battery. My wife told them that it is the alternator. It was obvious from what was happening. They called back to say it IS the alternator. It's now Thursday and still no word, except that they're "getting the part". Four days for an alternator? Really? I'll never take another car to them. In fact, I'll never buy another Chrysler product. I'm done with that company. Ever since the 1980s, they have scammed the public and I'm out of patience. More
