It was a smooth negotiation and salesman Michael Hastings did a good job. I was disappointed in two things: 1) The new Jeep Grand Wagoneer did not come with an owner’s manual. 2) The quality of the final did a good job. I was disappointed in two things: 1) The new Jeep Grand Wagoneer did not come with an owner’s manual. 2) The quality of the final cleaning of the vehicle was poorly done. The floors were not well vacuumed , there was dust throughout the interior and the door jambs were cleaner on my 2015 trade-in vehicle that they were on our new Jeep. More

Dealership did the warranty work quickly, dropped off night before and picked up 24 hours later, but communication from Frank was poor. Text several times with hours in between never answered and called night before and picked up 24 hours later, but communication from Frank was poor. Finally call service department directly and the guy answering said I see frank he can run from you anymore before forcing him to talk to me about the status of my car. More
