I called multiple times trying to set up an appointment. I was having issues with my vehicle stalling when driving. A huge safety concern, especially having small children in the car. I brought my vehicle in three times before getting it seen by the person that needed to look at it. No loaner as a single mom is also a huge problem. The first time they looked at it they said nothing was wrong with the battery. I urged them to keep looking. I just bought the car from this dealership 3 months ago today. I had high hopes. From buying the car to getting it serviced has been a struggle. With the exception of Tommy and a driver (who were both kind), the service was poor. Several people acted like I was putting them out to have to talk to me or help me. I hope I never have to go back. More
