We visited several Chevy dealers in Tulsa before going to South Pointe Chevrolet. When we got there Bryan met us and even though they didn’t have what I was looking for he felt like with the help of Hailey South Pointe Chevrolet. When we got there Bryan met us and even though they didn’t have what I was looking for he felt like with the help of Hailey they would find what I wanted. They were friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. They got the car I wanted daily quick and now I’m the proud owner of my Chevy Traverse RS. It is so fun to drive and I’m loving it! Buffy was great and pleasant to deal with…. she worked hard to find us the right vehicle but communication was iffy from her supporting staff. .My wife did NOT receive a tutorial on her new vehi she worked hard to find us the right vehicle but communication was iffy from her supporting staff. .My wife did NOT receive a tutorial on her new vehicle which I would consider standard customer service. The finance department representative was very helpful with making the paperwork quick and less painful. Overall a good positive experience. More
I went in for a routine oil change with a scheduled appointment and no one else in front of me waiting. I had a coupon for a $50 oil change that I made the service advisor aware of before they took pos appointment and no one else in front of me waiting. I had a coupon for a $50 oil change that I made the service advisor aware of before they took position of my vehicle. It took them over two hours to perform the oil change, and I found out that they did a recall without telling me as well. When they finally finished, she charged me $70 for the service even though I had a coupon for 50. When I asked, I was told oh that’s just taxes and fees. I feel like I will swindled and I will never be back. More
We bought a dodge caravan and it started javimg issues from the minute we drove it off the lot. The transmission started shifting hard, the front lights all stopped working and still have wiring issues. N from the minute we drove it off the lot. Now we just got our first oil change and the service department called is and said it needs $800 of additional work done. We were told they had changed the oil before we bought it but we seriously doubt it at this point or they would have found these issues before. Not happy do not recommend them and the wife is upset with service also. More
