The service writer was very courteous while taking our information. Upon arrival to pick up car had to inform front desk about coupon the service writer promised. Worst experience ever, Mike Ortiz walked in racially profiled us and asked us to leave. This happened on 9/1 when me and my family wasted our time trying to purchase an EV from this dealership. Too us profiled us and asked us to leave. This happened on 9/1 when me and my family wasted our time trying to purchase an EV from this dealership. Too us an hour to drive and do some paperwork and out of the blue this guys Mike Ortiz walked in and gave us an option “yes” or “no” on purchasing, and asked us to leave. Lack of customer service leave about customer experience. I’ll spread the word about this among my friends and relatives to never purchase a car from this dealership. More
