I am grateful for getting my engine replaced from it being faulty. That being said they did a great job with handling everything as possible. They somehow lost my keys and my car. I made an appointment to have my brakes checked. When I arrived, they told me my car would be ready by the end of the day or the following morning at I made an appointment to have my brakes checked. When I arrived, they told me my car would be ready by the end of the day or the following morning at the latest. I called three times the following morning/afternoon with no response. I showed up in person that afternoon and was told the car was not ready, and that the person who I spoke with yesterday was off that day, so it would likely be two more days until my car was ready. This was just for them to see what was wrong with my brakes - not make any repairs. It was going to cost $300 just to have them look at it. I told them I would like to take my car elsewhere as it wasn’t going to be ready in time. They left to go get my keys, and returned a few minutes later stating that they had LOST my car keys. 30 plus minutes later, they are still looking for the keys AND informed me that they couldn’t find my car. At this point, I walked into the lot myself and found my car in about one minute or less. I came back in and told them where it was. They came back several minutes later stating they still couldn’t find it. Finally, after an hour of me being there, they realized they had tagged the keys and my car incorrectly in their system. This was a HUGE waste of time and I absolutely will not ever trust them with my car again. I was told by one of the employees that this is not the first time they lost someone’s keys. So unprofessional. More
