After g She took her vehicle to a Monroe Muffler near her home She was told she would need her entire exhaust system replaced cost would be $4,000. After getting this quote., she contacted South Hills Mitsubishi and the service department told her they could perform this repair for considerably less and told her to bring the vehicle in . She did and much to her surprise, the service department said she did not need her entire exhaust replaced and while she waited they repaired her vehicle for under $270.00. I can not express my gratitude for the honesty integrity and professionalism of the dealership. My suggestion before you consider Monroe think twice or maybe 3 times before you allow them to touch your vehicle. More
Don’t think a male would have gotten the same response from one of the service manager that I got when my 1 month old 2021 car left me stranded with a dead battery! Thank goodness for friends and AAA. St from one of the service manager that I got when my 1 month old 2021 car left me stranded with a dead battery! Thank goodness for friends and AAA. I visited this dealership on 11/02/2021. The reason I visited this dealership on 11/02/2021. The reason for my visit was to get my air bag replaced. As my particular vehicle had a recall on the air I visited this dealership on 11/02/2021. The reason for my visit was to get my air bag replaced. As my particular vehicle had a recall on the air bag. I arrived and dropped of my keys, and proceeded to the waiting customer room. The room had no fresh coffee, of any coffee packets, or a can to scoop coffee and filters to make a pot. Their were no snacks displayed. I waited well over 2 hours to receive my vehicle. While waiting one of the salesman of the dealership approached, and sat down next to a customer, and informed her she had her first new car ready. As this salesman expanded the next steps, he casually mentioned to this female buyer that she would be asked to give a review. Then this salesman jokingly said I am gonna guilt you in to giving me a good review because, the head manager sees these reviews, and I don"t want to get him mad. He said he used to work for game stop and he always told customer to give him ma perfect review. I could not help to hear this conversation, as I sat close to this girl. Its one thing to tease some that you are quilting them into giving a good review. Then laugh like its jokingly. Notwithstanding, even when joking their is still sense of being forward and borderline demanding for a review. Even if you are joking. Because now the customer has the seed planted to give a good review, and if they gave a bad one the salesman would be possibly reprimanded. Furthermore, this sales associate told this young female that she had a thousand dollars coming to her in a reduced car price. This was immediately right around the time where this salesman jokingly but aggressively to give him a great perfect review. I don"t care to hear details like this about another customers transactions. Also, to hear the way in which he solicits reviews was disheartening. Equally important, after obtaining my vehicle, and while starting the truck, I noticed that the dash board looked unusual. I inspected this further , and noticed that 2 corners of the area on the dash that pops out to service the air bag was bent up and not in the condition when I brought it in. It was either bent somehow during the disassembly, or during any time prior to reinstalling, or during the reinstall process. I took several photos that are time stamped. . I immediately went back inside and informed one of the associates, and asked him to follow me outside. I showed him what the issue was. He said well sometimes then don"t line up after disassembly. But he assured me unequivocally that if I drove with the heat on, that the heat would reshape the area, and it would look like it was before I initially arrived. I asked why I was not notified of this issue, and why I had to find out about it.The manager said I cant answer that. It has been 17 days since this incident. I have driven the truck several thousands of miles with the heat on, and the dash board is still the same. Moreover, I never received a follow up from this associate to see if the heat fixed their poor reinstall of my dash board. More

South Park Mitsubishi HORRIBLE Service Mitsubishi warranty isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on because they don't want to cover parts that should be under warranty. I took my En Mitsubishi warranty isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on because they don't want to cover parts that should be under warranty. I took my Endeavor in with a oil leak when it was under warranty and I was told that they fixed the problem. The oil / grease mark in my drive way stopped. Later I found out that it was front end problem which they missed when I took it in under warranty. ( they fixed the problem which was nothing) I just took it in for a state inspection only be told that I had a ripped boot on my front drive (C V joint) and the bill would be 890.00 dollars. I took it to a NTB and they looked it and said that's the clamp for boot was not made right and that the boot was not ripped. Please note the car only has 44,000 miles on it. And we purchased the car new and it has been babied from the start. We normally get 9 to 10 years out of a car due to the low miles and fact that we take care of it. I called the service manager at South Park Mitsubishi about the problem and told him that boot was ok and that it was not ripped just a poorly made clamp and that I was going to send the parts to Mitsubishi to review. I was told to take my business someplace else that they did not need my business, then he just hanged up on me. I did take my business elsewhere - NTB repaired the car for less half the cost of the dealer. It is sad to be ripped off by a new service manager and when you catch them with the price that was twice the cost and not the same problem that was told to you. I use to deal with the old service manager Mike and he always worked with me and did not over charge for repairs. I was told by NTB that oil / grease link on boot could have waited because of the low miles and use age. Oh have Outlander Sport that I can't get them to repair right. The Bluetooth radio will not work right it keeps locking up and I just give up trying to get them to fix it. And the Outlander Sport runs right when it wants too. I was told that's it normal for the shift funny and pro form poorly, Don't worry once my other Mitsubishi is out of warranty or I find a different car I will replace it. I learn my lesson my Mitsubishi is a second rate car company and that there warranty is the best because they just don't repair your car till you have to pay for it. Oh 48.00 dollars for a oil change! More

I recently bought an eclipse from a used auto dealer. A few days after the purchase the service engine light came on. Turns out it was a catalytic converter. They used car dealership told me that it was un few days after the purchase the service engine light came on. Turns out it was a catalytic converter. They used car dealership told me that it was under warranty and I had to have the work done at a dealership. Unfortunately this was on a Thursday and I was to move on Friday. South Park Mitsubishi was the only dealership in PA I could find that would fit me in to do the work on Friday. They were super nice and even washed the car for me when they were done despite the fact that it was raining anyway. I could say enough good things about these guys. Everybody in the service department was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure my car was running correctly before I left! More
