Lets get this straight, the owner, Goshen walked straight past me, said "it is what it is" and keeps walking. Im here to buy a 200k car and thats how you treat your customers? Ive never been to a dealer and been treated worse than my experience yesterday. My attitude might be short because of you being so rude and not even walking up to help me. I had to get the salesman to go get him 3 times while at the dealership when I have questions. He acted too busy to help me and I can assure you, thats irritating. You brag about your high end Ferraris, I guarantee you thats now how those dealers treat you. If you were treated the same way you treated me, you would have walked in a heartbeat. I came to the dealership with my truck, trailer, checkbook ready to buy the car. Do not represent a car that you are not under control of. I made it very clear for over 24 hours that I was on my way and I would be coming for the car. If you plan to only accept cash, you need to disclose that as I dont think many people are going to walk into your dealership with 204,000 cash. Also a little FYI, there is a tool call the internet. You can sign on to a bank which could verify the funds. Might look into that, dont say I didnt teach you something You hold the title till the check clears and release it then. Thats how it works, bought plenty of cars that way. I hope you understand a certified check can be cancelled as well. I want people to know about this dealership, how the owner really is and question buying a car here before signing the paperwork.

If you want to go there, ask Bret or Will at Miami why I walked, I showed up and the Huracan had scratches in the paint, 2 holes in the seats that were not disclosed, the wrong wheels that we agreed upon, etc. Don't make assumptions or put words in my mount that are not true. Now that we have that clear lets move on. You are the seller of the car, I have no contact to negotiate besides for a private message on instagram with the owner that he responds maybe once a day. If you are the broker of the car, you sure as xxxx better be able to negotiate the final selling price. You wouldn't give me the owners info to make a deal so you surely better be able to. Thats not my problem, if you have a car on your lot you are selling, you need to be able to complete the deal. Think of how much time you would have saved if you would have just respected me, gave me 15 minutes of your time yesterday? Car would be gone and you wouldn't have to defend your pathetic customer service online. As the enthusiasts say, Caio

Look at how worked up you are getting, I think anyone reading will be able to see your true colors. I walked into the store pumped and ready to leave with a car that cost as much as the average home. Clearly Im not walking in your dealership with a chip on my shoulder. I have a text where we started at $204k and I said I wasn't going to make an offer till I was there. Get your facts straight because Cody messaged $204 before I left my house. Also, once again your customer service is horrible. I called at 11am saying I was on the way. They transferred me to David I believe which I left a message on his inbox. I called back as I wanted to speak with someone. The lady transferred me to your sales department. They then took my name, number, etc and said they were going to notify you. I was assured you would be calling me back should there be any issues. You need to straighten up your employees then if thats the case. Don't point fingers at me when your employees didnt do their job

Just a random thought since your so feisty now. Has it ever crossed your mind to ask how things could be made right to make the sale go through? No, your more concerned about fighting. I guess that is truly what makes the difference between a reputable dealer with a great customer service vs a small time dealership with a clear lack of customer service. I could sell ice to an eskimo, thats what makes the difference between you and I. If you had any customer service you would have been able to sell me the car 10x now. Instead you have chose to argue and point fingers now for 12 hours
