When we arrived John was with another customer but Husni Daghles was available so he helped us. I was pleasantly surprised by how transparent he was with pricing. He went on his lap top and together we went to KBB.com to look at the value of my trade. After a test drive we went over the numbers which were fair. After me and my wife settled on a different options package the negotiation began. It was smooth and easy. I got a great discount and more for my trade than I thought I could get. Bill Burns the sales manager was fantastic too. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and never ever pushed me to do anything. No salesman talk. No deception. No misleading statements.
