There are 2 other Mitsubishi dealers closer but the closest one I won't deal with and the other I never have heard anything about. When we arrived John was with another customer but Husni Daghles was available so he helped us. I was pleasantly surprised by how transparent he was with pricing. He went on his lap top and together we went to KBB.com to look at the value of my trade. After a test drive we went over the numbers which were fair. After me and my wife settled on a different options package the negotiation began. It was smooth and easy. I got a great discount and more for my trade than I thought I could get. Bill Burns the sales manager was fantastic too. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and never ever pushed me to do anything. No salesman talk. No deception. No misleading statements. The car we found online before our visit didn't turn out to be our favorite but thanks to Tony we did find one that my mother loved. Mitsubishi Outlander My wife and I recently went to South Park Mitsubishi to see the remaining 2017 Outlanders they had on the lot. We walked in and were immediately greet My wife and I recently went to South Park Mitsubishi to see the remaining 2017 Outlanders they had on the lot. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Tony Goodwin, we told him what we were interested in and within 5 minutes were on the road for a test drive. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of our questions without pressuring us to buy. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and trade in our 09 Kia Sorrento. The prices of their vehicles don't have much wiggle room if any, but are easily $1000 better then any other Mitsubishi dealer in the area. I didn't try to press the issue because I've read many reviews stating they are firm on their listed online prices. I was pleased with the offer they made me on my trade, it exceeded what I expected to get by a few hundred dollars. The sales manager Bill introduced himself and broke down what payments and the final price of the vehicle would look like with each of the two incentive options. After a short wait we were called in to sign all the paperwork, which was made quick and easy by Tracy. After that Tony pulled our car around from being washed and offered to demo how the dual climate control and infotainment system work. We love the car, it is the lowest priced awd crossover with 7 seats on the market, and it comes with alot of options even in the base trim level. At the price point it seems like the best value on the market. My only concern is how it will hold up mechanically over the years, but the great factory warranties help erase those concerns. At the end of the day this was a stress free and easy transaction that went smoothly from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was straight forward and upfront with us the whole time.
