Tony went into great detail showing me the features of the car, especially the Smartphone Link Display Audio System. We connected my Samsung Galaxy cellphone to the radio using this new software with the Android AutoPlay and ran through several of it's features. Tracy was very patient with me asking the many questions on the finance process especially with the 120 month / 100,000 mile extended warranty Wrap Coverage I purchased. Bill was very helpful explaining the features supported by the different Outlander models (Trims). They responded first thing Monday morning. I then went to the dealership and the customer experience was amazing. Husni went through every detail of the vehicle and purchase and left me with no questions. I enjoyed that while test driving Husni took me on a route and explained why we took certain roads and how I could feel the vehicle and how it handles the road, I also enjoyed how personal he was, sharing stories about his family and how it was relevant to my purchase.
