He is very friendly and always extremely patient and helpful. I haven't ever felt pressured into making a purchase. I also have a fondness for their Sales Manager, Bill Burns. I knew what car I wanted and had researched other dealerships for comparable pricing. They didn't have the specific car of choice on the lot but they located it elsewhere and working with John and Bill, I am confident that we negotiated the best available price in town for the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander GT I recently purchased. John was extremely fr This will be the 4th automobile we purchased from South Park Mitsubishi and the 2nd vehicle from the same salesman John Koziik. John was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. John worked with my wife and me to find the SUV that we were looking to purchase. When we came to the showroom just to talk with John as my wife and John were exchanging a few emails on what were we trying to do. We had no intention on buying a new SUV that day. Funny because the same thing happened the first time we met John. We came in just to look and walked out with a new SUV. John and Bill Burns the Sales Manager put together a deal we could afford and we never pushy. Tracy Goodwin the Sales Manager was great as well and provided us with our options and did not push any extras on us like they do in most other dealerships. There were no hard sales tactics just straight talk and results. A few weeks earlier my wife and daughter were out and decided to stop at a locale Toyota dealership. The experience was awful. The salesman was pushy and talked down about the Mitsubishi Lancer my wife was driving. She left the dealership ASAP. She called John and a few weeks later she was driving a 2018 Outlander. I want to thank everyone at South Park Mitsubishi, especially John, Bill and Tracy. They are nice people and a great team.
