After visiting other dealerships and looking at various makes/models, I was getting discouraged by the typical car dealership experience. Advertised vehicles/prices that were "no longer available", fast-talking sales personnel using pressure tactics and an overall feeling of being taken advantage of or disrespected. HOWEVER, when I stopped in to South Park Mitsubishi, it was the total opposite. I was greeted promptly with a smile and a handshake by Tom Culhane. He treated me with respect and answered all of my questions honestly. We took a test drive, had my trade-in vehicle appraised and discussed pricing of the new Outlander Sport. I then met with Bill Burns to discuss terms and from there I met with Tracy Goodwin to handle the paperwork. It was by far the easiest and best car-buying experience ever. Awesome sales team I had originally planned to make several stops at different dealerships to purchase a vehicle to whom ever gave me the best deal. South Park Mitsubish I had originally planned to make several stops at different dealerships to purchase a vehicle to whom ever gave me the best deal. South Park Mitsubishi was my first stop only because I live 3 minutes from the dealership. I browsed the lot and made my mind up on the model I would like to test drive. Inside the showroom I meet Bill whom was walking through with paper work seemingly looked busy. He stopped and we chatted, He introduced himself, answered my questions, and stayed with me until a salesperson came, John whom handled the rest of the visit was kind and NOT pushy. I felt very comfortable with everything and purchased the vehicle without leaving to get other offers. Tracy was perfect in the paper department.
