This dealership is a refreshing honest place to do business. Was looking for a 2021 jeep wrangler Willys addition, went to two other dealerships, one of them I dealt with on the Internet which is loca business. The second dealership worked up a price told me they would call me back and never did. The third dealership where I know the general manager also refused to call back with a price. I know there’s a shortage of vehicles due to the computer chip shortage, what it’s not a way to keep a customer. When I went to the Internet and found South Oak Dodge dealt with Shannon, who is very informative going back-and-forth with the information, then she put me in touch with one of her top salesman Ron who I met after he offered me a deal, then called me back with a better deal because the first deal was not the one I wanted. I went into the dealership the vehicles was there ready to drive they were not pushy at all I was given an honest out the door price for the vehicle no options no extras, very honest very informative. We made a deal went into finance to see Barb we were quickly handled, we came back later in the day to talk to another finance man named Leo after we talk to Bobby in finance earlier in the day to finish the deal very nice all the paperwork was ready for my wife and I to sign vehicle was ready everything was taken care of as it should’ve been very professional very quick very informative. A no nonsense, get it done no pressure dealership this is the way dealerships should run. Will always recommend them to everyone. Plus this is the only dealership I know if it gives you a 10 year powertrain warranty at no extra charge hopefully this warranty will never be needed but it’s nice to know they give it to you something to think about when you’re buying a vehicle spending that kind of money that is how confident they are in the in the vehicles they sell. Will never even consider shopping here again. Found almost the exact Wrangler I was looking. Talked to a sales person and made sure it was available and asked if the price online was correct.
