Pulled into service greeter area where I was immediately approached by a young man Eric service advisor, he was friendly and knowledgeable, we talked, he documented the areas of concern I had, and throughout the process in the spotless clean waiting room (Where they played movies on a big television screen), he kept me informed at least 4 times,explaining what was happening. Oh did I also say that this is the only dealership that gives you the new vehicle purchaser a 20 year 200,000 mile power-train warranty at no charge with every new vehicle now that is above any dealership anywhere! Got the Jeep back, and the carplay would not hook up,as they updated my carplay system, this is where a smart intelligent computer savvy girl named Jessica came in and told me my phone needed to be updated to match the Uconnect Jeep update,she did that and now it works perfectly. I live near Midway airport and pass 5 dealers that sell this make, they made the best fair deal, and its well worth the trip for service, try them you will not regret it!! More
