I recently Purchased a Jeep Gladiator from South Oak Dodge. I went to them after getting the run around from one of their competitors. The entire process was smooth and it was surprisingly enjoyable. I have never bought a car from another dealership that went this smooth. I usually leave stressed out wondering if I really received a great deal or if I was taken advantage of. I didn't feel like this when I left South Oak. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Oh, did I mention SCAM? Fares tried to add a $2,000 "Marketing Adjustment" fee to the purchase invoice on a $10,000 used car and labeled it under "Accessories". I guess he thinks he's to add a $2,000 "Marketing Adjustment" fee to the purchase invoice on a $10,000 used car and labeled it under "Accessories". I guess he thinks he's smarter than his customers. He also does a lot of double-talking, stuttering and fast talking. His type of shady, underhanded dealing is what makes car buying at a dealership unpleasant. If he was really as smart as he thinks he is, he would have been able to complete the sale, since I was poised to purchase the vehicle. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THIS SALESMAN!!
