My experience with this dealership has been nothing less than exceptional. They've worked with me when no other place would and I love my car. I recently purchased a car from them. The sales girl did not know anything about the vehicle but I was pressured into purchasing the vehicle the same day that I looked at it. She only showed me one vehicle not know anything about the vehicle but I was pressured into purchasing the vehicle the same day that I looked at it. She only showed me one vehicle. Two days after I purchased the vehicle it malfunctioned and I had to return it for repairs. When I asked if I could return the vehicle for another one she said "no, this is something that our customers always ask but we don't allow that". This is a major problem. Most RELIABLE dealerships let you take the vehicle home for a few days to insure that you really want it. If your customers are always asking to return the a new car for another than perhaps you are selling them cars that they do not want to buy. Since then there have been constant problems with the service, and the sales girl doesn't get back to you in a timely fashion. Maybe if I had a sales person who was educated and qualified for the position the deal would have been completed to my satisfaction. I blame the dealership for hiring someone without sales experience, or customer service experience. This very young adult knows NOTHING about cars or how to treat customers with respect. I am truly upset that I've agreed to a long term relationship with these people as I have a car note and an "extended warranty". Now I have to get prepared for a relationship with the Better Business Bureau. Thanks South Oak Dodge for running my Christmas and New Year. More
