We have bought several vehicles from South Oak over the years but the last transaction from service was very traumatic and we decided that we would not return to South Oak so we went to Pearl Dodge and bou years but the last transaction from service was very traumatic and we decided that we would not return to South Oak so we went to Pearl Dodge and bought a new mini van. My husband was in need of a new vehicle and went to Pearl Dodge and they did not have what he was looking for so he decided to return to South Oak. They were extremely friendly and wanted to know what they could do to win our trust. We was overtaken by the concern and willingness to help. So we have purchased another vehicle from South Oak. Leo helped us compare 2 models that we were interested in - the Jeep Compass and the Dodge Journey. Leo clearly explained the differences in both models and didn't try to "sell" us on either one but instead gave us the information that we needed to make the decision. I started the process of buying my new Charger on the internet. It seemed too easy. The information from the dealership was accurate and timely. I thought for sure they were hiding something. Not so. When I showed up on the lot unannounced, the treatment was straight forward and respectful. Had a great conversation with the Sales Consultant with no pressure whatsoever. All the information exchanged through emails was confirmed and the only item remaining was taking care of the paperwork. Which, by the way, went as smooth as the rest of the deal. I am 51 years old and have purchased numerous new vehicles. This experience with South Oak Dodge has been the best EVER. I will make sure that the next vehicle is one that South Oak sells, just because I want to deal with the staff rather than take a chance with another dealer. More
