This was one of the most positive experiences that I have had when purchasing a vehicle. WOW! We happen to stop at South Oak just to walk around & look at jeeps. We have been on a hunt for new or trade in. A most geniune young men approched us with abundance of info. We often hear so much neg & look at jeeps. We have been on a hunt for new or trade in. A most geniune young men approched us with abundance of info. We often hear so much negative on our young adults. But we can truly say that Ryan when beyound the call of duty to make our trip there one of our best expierenced. We had no intension of purchasing a car there to be honest! We strongly feel that if had not been for Ryan today we would not be driving our Jeep Compass. As senior citizens & most often sales people look at us & continue on their merry way. They feel we probably are not serious about purchasing or like they say, "what ever!" Bravo Ryan!! I was happy to not be pressuredand allowed to look at my pace. Any questions were answered. Straight forward response to my inquiries. Michael Petry had no hesitation taking the time to let me check out wha pace. Any questions were answered. Straight forward response to my inquiries. Michael Petry had no hesitation taking the time to let me check out whatever car I wanted to look at - and there were several I was comparing. He and Ray Cioe were vey patient and make me feel comfortable. A great experience at South Oak is the reason I am happy with my time spent there. My Jeep is running well and I hope it continues to do so. If I have any issues or questions I will call or stop by, just like Michael and Ray said to do. More
