I went to South Oak Dodge looking to get a Dodge Charger, when I was pleasantly greted by Mr. Cioe. I was then refered to Mr. Chenoweth. After expressing my interests to him, I was given the opportunity to when I was pleasantly greted by Mr. Cioe. I was then refered to Mr. Chenoweth. After expressing my interests to him, I was given the opportunity to test drive each of the models I was interested in. After I made my decision on the Charger, Mr. Cioe did what he could to find the model with the options I was looking for in a short amount of time. The finance of the car was handeled by Mr. Cieniuch, which also went seemlessly. All in all, my experience with South Oak Dodge was excellent. I would definately reccomend it to all my family and friends. More
I had a very pleasant buying experience. No pressure. Marvin was extremely friendly and helpful.I was offered a very good deal on a 2012 truck without having to go thru a lot of drama. My time is my most valuable asset and none of it was wasted dealing with South Oak Dodge. Most of out transaction was conducted over the phone. Upon agreeing on the terms of the purchase, we were told to come to the dealership and the vehicle would be ready and we could be on our way in 30 minutes. When we arrived, our new vehicle was being washed and fueled. All paperwork was prepared and awaiting signatures. Time spent with the finance manager was a matter of 10 minutes at most. Leo then escorted us to the vehicle , explained the features of the vehicle to us and we were on our way. They made buying a vehicle the enjoyable experience it's supposed to be. Thanks again More
