Before bringing in my Fiat 2012 for service, due to the dash board warning lights, I spoke with Pepe. He gave me his personal cell so I could call and be sure he was present when I came in. I left my car with Pepe, and within 24 hours he called to confirm the problem and the solution that was being taken. As I was on holiday and left my car for a few days, he called the day before I was scheduled to pick it up to remind me what times he would be at the dealership, and what I could do if I arrived later. I arrived to find Pepe, who took the time to go over in great detail what was actually wrong with my car and what service I still had coming to me in the future. He was absolutely delightful and most friendly. More

I recently purchased a FIAT 500 for my wife at this dealership. The sales experience was fantastic with the sales staff ultimately presenting a deal that met our needs. During that short process, my wife and I were offered coffee, water and generally treated very well. Today, a Saturday, I had to bring the car in for some minor services issues that had appeared after approximately 6000 miles of driving over several months. The service staff met me before I had stopped the car at the dealership and immediately logged the car in for the issues we were experiencing. During that short interval, we discussed other vehicles we had owned over the years and their idiosyncrasies. Six hours later, I received a call from the service manager stating my car was ready! All the issues had been resolved. They also took the time to educate me on the "menu" programming items to allow me to personalize our car. This is the first FIAT I have owned and I'm very impressed with it's performance, styling and fantastic mileage. More
On 10/10/13 I was sent by George @ Dadeland jeep to see Pepe- I stated my concerns for my new Fiat500L. The phone system was down , but Pepe took the patience with the Caicos that was going on to listen! I Pepe- I stated my concerns for my new Fiat500L. Immediately he made several calls on is personal phone, I got emotional and started to cry ?? because he took a personal interest to resolve my concern for the safety on my car. ( what a sweet person with a dynamic personality ????????) he also made contact with George @ Dadeland who is so special,! to have his technician Fred use there diagnostic machine.i was so relaxed knowing I was in great hands. Everyone !!! I recommend south Miami fiat for awesome service and people that care about their customers even if you did not purchase your automobile with them, which I did not. I left super happy in a timely manner. Ps. My car had a computer glitch which left me thinking my transmission had a problem. I'm a little sad and disappointed my brand new car have me going back to the dealership 3 times.. Time and money is what I have lost. Pepe ! You and George cared so much I'll remember you for a long time. Great asset to your company. I thank you again for caring has much you did...?????? More
