I had my 14 Tacoma with 50k towed to the dealership on
10/8 and got it back on 10/28, my front actuator had failed. I removed it myself and found it unserviceable due to rust, so had it towed in.

Dead battery.
Called at 8:30 to see if I could bring it in and get a new installed. Jim told me to bring it in and I was out of the dealership by 10:00 AM!
