The folks over there are always up too speed with service, hospitality, etc. We will not purchase from any other dealership to help maintain our fleet. There is no need to set a bar for this dealership. Because they are the bar! That is how much they take care of business. More

Fantastic experience I was shopping for a SUV. When I walked in, Mike immediately came to help. He introduced everything in details and helped test drive the car. He tried I was shopping for a SUV. Worst Service Dept Ever! I took my Sienna van in to get a key made. While in their "secure" service area, it was hit by a truck delivering parts. The damage to the rear (smashed out the window and body damage) would require work done at the body shop where it was estimated to be tied up for about a week. I was getting ready to move my daughter to college and needed the van to get the job done. They offered to get me a rental car but claimed they were unable to find anything big enough (van or SUV) comparable to my damaged car because everyone else must have been moving kids around and there were none to be found. I requested that they lend me one off of their lot as the damage was their fault. They refused. Then, the Service Manager had the nerve to tell me that dealing with this was "not worth the $20 he would have made on making me a key." His attitude was awful. He essentially told me it was my problem and if I didn't want to take the small rental car, tough luck. When I got my van back, it still had broken glass all over the inside. They didn't even vacuum it out! They never called back to advise me of progress on the repair. I had to keep on top of them. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect. More

Horrible, horrible service department. South Hills Toyota has a horrible, horrible service department and service manager. I always serviced my hybrid there and had no issues until the AB South Hills Toyota has a horrible, horrible service department and service manager. I always serviced my hybrid there and had no issues until the ABS light came on. (Look up Toyota ABS issues...huge recall for some cars) They quoted me $5500 to replace the ABS unit, which was outrageous and more than I could afford, so I ordered the brand new Toyota parts myself (for half as much) from another dealer and took the car a Toyota certified mechanic to have the easily accessible and replaceable unit removed and re-installed. When I returned the car to them to have the brakes calibrated, they refused to work on it and claimed the Toyota certified mechanic that did the work damaged something. They literally told me to come pick up the car and they never wanted to see it again. When I spoke to Scott, the service manager, he said that if I had approved the original $5500 quote, none of this would have happened, like he was teaching me some kind of lesson. I offered to pay for up to 10 hours of labor to get it fixed ($1000), but Scott said no. He did not want his mechanics spending any more time on it. Three things: 1. The service department was vindictive because I did not purchase the parts from them. 2. There may be some kind of 50/50 quota in the service department to ensure that you pay as much on parts as you do on labor. If that is true, my service request did not bring in enough money, even with an authorization for up to $1000 in labor, so they simply turned it away. 3. It is possible that their technicians don't have the skill needed to calibrate/troubleshoot an ABS unit, or that the technicians there are simply too lazy to figure it out. I'm sure this negative review will generate some condescending response from this dealer. Whatever they say, at the end of the day they still refused to service a Toyota. Do you really want to give your business to that kind of dealer? More
