The service department told me to monitor and bring it in as needed to determine if a new engine would b My car has been leaking oil due to a recall. I did as he asked and after the first visit in due to oil leaking he said there's nothing more he could do for me and that I had to take it up with the corporate office to pursue any further steps. He led me to believe initially that he was going to help me and take care of my issue but the first time I have the issue he is passing me onto the corporate office. And with an attitude also. Very unhappy customer here! More

Oil change suggestion They should allow you to make an appointment for an oil change. I was there over 2 hours for an oil change. They only have 1 person doing the oil ch They should allow you to make an appointment for an oil change. I was there over 2 hours for an oil change. They only have 1 person doing the oil changes. People that work can't stay there all afternoon waiting for an oil change. It's first come first serve, so you don't know when to come. Just a suggestion. If it doesn't change i will probably go elsewhere for an oil change. More
