When Gino was done with my Jeep, he came into the lounge area to let me know. If I ever need service on my vehicle, Gino will be the one I request. Worst service center in the Pittsburgh area This is the worst service dealership there is. Firs my car brakes down they say they don’t have time to tow it. Call road side assistance that I paid This is the worst service dealership there is. Firs my car brakes down they say they don’t have time to tow it. Call road side assistance that I paid for with the warranty they tell me that they only tow 20 miles. So I had to use my AAA. Then I tell them everything that’s wrong with the car. Blowing oil every where that it went into limp mode. And mr ed is worried about the battery. So I ask him what’s he going to do about the oil licking every where he said he is going to change the oil and put die in it. I tried to tell him that the car would never make it back to my house. He got nasty and said if I don’t have the loaner back by 12::00 the next day that he would report the car stolen. Then he said the warranty I got when I got the car was only good for 2 days. I got the extra warranty and paid good money for it. I recommend no body buy a car from south Hills Chrysler and dodge. I am going to be posting this all over Facebook about this place. More
Service department is a no go I called to check the price of an alignment because my usual dealership was booked out, ended up scheduling an appointment because the lady that set a I called to check the price of an alignment because my usual dealership was booked out, ended up scheduling an appointment because the lady that set appointments was somewhat nice on the phone. I was told that I would receive a call from the service department quoting a price on an alignment, long story short I never got that call. I ended up going in at my scheduled appointment time only to be told that they don't do appointments for oil changes (ended up not getting the alignment here, probably a good thing). Now before they even took my car back I knew they were going to "do" a multi point inspected, I also knew that my parking brake hasn't been working and I need to get it fixed (but not here). So after I get my car back and get home and go over my paperwork to discover that my parking brake was "checked and okay" which it clearly isn't. I also saw that they set my tire pressure to 35 psi when they Dodge factory puts this nice little sticker in the door jam that says 30psi, so now my brand new tires are over inflated. Now yes I know it's my responsibility to look at all of this before I left the lot but I just don't like this dealership AT ALL and I just wanted to get out and go home. Please save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere this was my last resort and my last time at this place More

I called the next day and this time the service reservationists said she will send them an email because again no answer. They have never called me back. Will take my future business elsewhere. More
Horrible Service Department - Run away as fast as you can! I tried using them on over 8 occasions due to the convenience and proximity to my home. I was terribly disappointed each and every time, for issues r I tried using them on over 8 occasions due to the convenience and proximity to my home. I was terribly disappointed each and every time, for issues ranging from: picking up the vehicle only to find that the problem was not repaired (despite being assured that it was) and having to return multiple times before repairs were completed (happened 2 times on both Jeep and Dodge vehicles), to the "ubiquitous" $100+, 1 hr. "diagnostic fee" which they charge for practically everything, including obvious problems and ones which they are explicitly informed of at the time of drop off; to being forced to wait 45 minutes for them to fetch a car when picking after a service appointment; to having to pay for unnecessary repairs to fix parts that aren't broken ($600+ alternator); to failure to honor warranty repairs; to having to return multiple times for recall notice repairs. As evidenced by my multiple visits, I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but was extremely let down and dismayed each and every time. Service representatives are indifferent at best, so when I finally approached Service Manager to complain he was unfazed, uncaring and blatantly unapologetic, blaming the owner's strict policies. Ironically (or perhaps not), today I finally had enough and visited another local service provider to arrange the work which South Hills had refused, and the woman immediately in front of me in line was complaining bitterly about, GUESS WHO? SOUTH HILLS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP's extremely poor service! So, it appears I am not the only one who has had terrible service experiences. Unless you value poor quality service, extremely poor customer service and unnecessarily huge repair bills, I highly recommend finding another service provider. More

Awful experience. I have taken car in 4 times for same issue, and though Service Advisors have experienced and commented on this issue, i keep driving off the lot and seeing that nothing was fixed. This happens every time i report an issue to this dealership. Service Manager does not return calls either, which is infuriating. Feel helpless and gullible for buying a car here. Stay away More
We purchased our Jeep Cherokee new from this dealer three years ago. SInce then, the car has been in for service a shocking 17 times. Once they left a razor blade on the front seat. Another time they left a wrench IN the engine. Recently, when the car wouldn't start, we took it in to be repaired. it took them a week to identify the problem. once they did, they told us that they couldn't repair it due to a global blackout of this specific part. The bonus prize was that our jeep now has a crack in the windshield clear across the center. Of course, they are claiming that they are not responsible for this issue. They say it was there before. I think one of their stellar technicians dropped a wrench on it and cracked it. Go elsewhere. You'll be lucky if your car returns repaired, let alone NOT damaged. More
I went to this dealershiop to have the 'y' pipe in the exhaust replaced under warranty because the cat was bad. Instead of just doing the work I asked them to do, they pulled the wires out of my O2 sensor exhaust replaced under warranty because the cat was bad. Instead of just doing the work I asked them to do, they pulled the wires out of my O2 sensors and tried to tell me that a 'rodent' chewed thru them and the only code they got was for a bad O2 sensor. I checked the code myself and got the one for the bad cat the week before when I made the appointment. I know what wires look like when theyre chewed on... These were pulled out. Maybe they have some mighty mouse type rodents where they live but my jeep doesnt sit ANYWHERE long enough for a 'rodent' to do that to my O2 sensor wires. They cleared the code that I need to have the cat replaced under warranty and now I have two more O2 sensors to replace. And they charged me $100 to do this... And they called me after I left to yell at me for doing a burnout in their parking lot. I said theyre lucky thats all I did... More
This place is ridiculous. I went here to get my Jeep repaired back in June. I was quoted an estimate higher than what I was actually charged, which is a good thing. When I picked up, I realized there wa repaired back in June. I was quoted an estimate higher than what I was actually charged, which is a good thing. When I picked up, I realized there was about $150 difference in cost. I questioned the difference with the cashier, who said it was correct. She also questioned her boss who was in the service department who said "huh, well I guess you're in luck!! We quoted you high!!" I thought, wow this is great, cost was lower and I paid, and took my vehicle. About 3 weeks later I got a phone call stating that I was mischarged and it should have been the higher amount please call and pay your amount. I decided that I'm not paying it. I questioned staff and with the comments I received its their fault you pay for your mistake. Since then I've received a few more voicemails, and countless slips in the mail. I've even moved out of state and they are still tracking me down. If you want to deal with poor business ethics, then go here, if not find somewhere else!! No other business would act in this manor.
