Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment for 9am. They provided me with a service loaner that they claimed had a full tank. It did not. I repeatedly asked how long the se I had an appointment for 9am. They provided me with a service loaner that they claimed had a full tank. It did not. I repeatedly asked how long the service would take and was told about 30-45 min. Around 1pm when I called them, I was told they were just starting on it and they would call me when it was done. No one clarified with me that if I didn’t wait, they wouldn’t work on it right away. When I contacted the service manager, he explained that it was my fault for not specifying my timeframe for. Ending the vehicle done. I was under the impression the 9am appointment would mean it would be worked on at 9am. In the end the service manager was terrible and never even said sorry for the confusion. So much for customer service. Absolutely terrible experience. I will recommend that anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Fiat go elsewhere. More
Do not take your older Dodge truck here. They don't want it 2 different service experiences with this dealer. Both bad. First, called to get a key coded for one of my Dodge trucks, a 2004. They told me they 2 different service experiences with this dealer. Both bad. First, called to get a key coded for one of my Dodge trucks, a 2004. They told me they could not do it because they do not have the diagnostics tool needed to program the key for 2004 trucks. This is a Dodge dealer, right? How is that possible? Second, took one of my other Dodge trucks in to have them trace a bad wire to the trailer hitch wiring. Common problem. One bad wire. Everything else worked. The next day, I got a call saying it would be $1150 to fix as the truck needed a new fuseblock AND a new front electrical control module. Not one or the other, both. I declined. 99% of the time, it is just a wire. As far as I could tell, they never even tested the actual wiring. They charged me $120 with nothing fixed. When I picked up the truck it was presented covered with snow and I had to borrow a brush so I could brush the snow off myself to drive. Took it back to my shop. Tested the fuseblock and it was fine. (i.e. related fuse was getting power) Traced the wire to a loose connector UNDER the fuseblock. Fixed it myself. 20 minutes labor. $0. About a month later I saw the carfax for this vehicle, which listed this visit. Said general maintenace and that they WASHED THE TRUCK! That was just insulting. The customer service people were nice, but an estimate for $1150 for unneeded parts because nobody wanted to troubleshoot is borderline fraud. I'm guessing they have an internal no "labor only" policy for repairs because they make big bucks selling parts....at least sometimes parts people don't need. More
Service Brought my 2018 jeep in for service the 2nd time, burning at least 1 quart for every 1 000 miles, was informed that is acceptable. In my opinion defi Brought my 2018 jeep in for service the 2nd time, burning at least 1 quart for every 1 000 miles, was informed that is acceptable. In my opinion definitely not acceptable. Ask was is the threshold that is not acceptable. Well no answer again. I was then asked where I bought a vehicle and it was stated that I should take it back there maybe they could do something. So I can only assume that the service only treats you properly if one purchased the vehicle at their dealership. Not a very good experience. More
Service / warranty You may be treated well when buying your car ! But as soon as you need service work look out ! I have had my car for 3 years almost always a hassle ! You may be treated well when buying your car ! But as soon as you need service work look out ! I have had my car for 3 years almost always a hassle ! They have given my car back without stuff being fixed properly ! They have poor work ethic and poor workmanship! They try not to hold up to the extended warranty and what it offers ! It’s always a continuous fight to get what’s needed ! I’ve never seen anything like it . My advice never buy a car here again or get service here and I wouldn’t had I not paid for expensive extended warranty!!!!! More
Service team run around It all starts when your vehicle is not operating like it should an you think you have bumper to bumper warranty. Apparently The Technician an Service It all starts when your vehicle is not operating like it should an you think you have bumper to bumper warranty. Apparently The Technician an Service team is screwed if the computer doesn’t tell them what is wrong. So the the cure is to replace things that really don’t have anything to do with the problem. Then tell you to wait cause there flying in an engineer to look at problem to a month later get a phone call saying there district manager duck says there not doing anything about it. I would expect this to be the other way around but looks like there leadership is horrible. Thanks a lot I now have a $60,000 truck is not safe. I Will never ever look at a Chrysler again. As for everyone involved remember what comes around goes around! More

I've purchased/leased five vehicles from this dealership, and I still have to wait a week to schedule service. Why such a long wait? Are there that many cars that are having issues? are they just understaffed? Who knows? I'll take my business elsewhere; that includes service to current vehicles as well as future purchases. More

It’s just hard to get a hold of any adviser in the office because callers are sometimes sent to a call center to make appointments. These centers don’t understand exactly what is needed. I was also directed to various voice mails when calling different times. I know it’s busy , but a small change is needed. Thank you - Frank Sciulli More
